I recently achieved one of our milestones by attending a fair in the United Kingdom, which featured exhibitors from different sectors of the cycling industry, including mountain biking, road cycling, e-bikes, urban cycling, and bike accessories.
At Tokyo Big Sight, in order to improve customer satisfaction, we are continuously conducting CS (Customer Satisfaction) surveys for both organizers who host the event and customers who visit the event. Especially; this show is my 5th attending show to JAPAN
